At Travo, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Protecting children online is a fundamental responsibility. Any attempt to use our platform for such purposes will result in immediate removal, permanent ban, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Travo is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, create trips, or interact within our community.
We provide in-app reporting tools so users can quickly flag inappropriate behavior, including child safety concerns. To submit a report, use the "Report" option available on user profiles, trips, or messages.
Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly. Confirmed violations result in account deletion, permanent bans, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities where required.
Travo complies with relevant child safety laws worldwide. We cooperate fully with national and regional authorities when CSAE cases are reported.
